Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Routine Revolution GmbH, Prinzregentenstraße 153, 81677 München, Germany, helpmebestie@routinerevolution.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the withdrawal notice before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost delivery option). The refund will be issued without delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this fourteen-day period.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only have to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
