General Terms and Conditions - Routine Revolution GmbH

1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Routine Revolution GmbH. By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contractual Language, Storage of Contractual Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract: German. We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs may be incurred in addition to the stated product prices. You can find details about shipping costs in the product offers. We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.

6. Reservation of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery company and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to report transport damage does not affect your legal rights, but it helps us assert claims against the carrier.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly stated otherwise, statutory liability for defects applies. The following exclusions and limitations do not apply to claims for damages due to:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- Fraudulent intent
- Breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
- Guarantees, if agreed
- Liability under Product Liability Law
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (OS) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
