General Terms and Conditions - Routine Revolution GmbH

1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Routine Revolution GmbH.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the order process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contractual Language, Storage of Contractual Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract: German.

We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

Shipping costs may be incurred in addition to the stated product prices. You can find details about shipping costs in the product offers.

We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit Card

    You enter your credit card details when placing your order. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

  • SEPA Direct Debit

    When you place your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the debit date at least one bank business day in advance. The account is debited before goods are dispatched.

  • PayPal & PayPal Express

    To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment is processed immediately.

  • Sofort by Klarna

    To pay via Sofort, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, verify your identity, and confirm the payment. Your account will be debited immediately.

  • Google Pay & Apple Pay

    You must be registered with Google or Apple, have activated Google Pay or Apple Pay, and confirm the transaction. The payment is processed immediately.

  • giropay / paydirekt

    In cooperation with paydirekt GmbH, we offer giropay and paydirekt as payment methods.

  • Amazon Pay

    To pay via Amazon Pay, you must be registered with Amazon and confirm the transaction. The payment is processed within one banking day.

  • Klarna (Invoice & Direct Debit)

    Invoice: Payment is due 14 days after dispatch of the goods.

    Direct Debit: Klarna will notify you of the debit date. The amount is debited after goods are shipped.

6. Reservation of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery company and contact us as soon as possible.

Failure to report transport damage does not affect your legal rights, but it helps us assert claims against the carrier.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Applicability of Statutory Liability for Defects

Unless expressly stated otherwise, statutory liability for defects applies. The following exclusions and limitations do not apply to claims for damages due to:

  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • Fraudulent intent
  • Breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
  • Guarantees, if agreed
  • Liability under Product Liability Law

Used Goods - Special Conditions for Consumers

For used goods, defect claims expire one year after delivery, unless defects occur within the first year, in which case the two-year statutory period applies.

Guarantees & Customer Service

If additional guarantees apply, details will be provided with the product or on specific information pages in our online shop.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in the following cases:

Injury to life, body, or health

Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

Guarantee promises, if agreed

Product liability under statutory provisions

For breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (OS) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
